Friends of Nature & Kind is a free, online travel & lifestyle club offered by Nature & Kind through its website NatureandKind.com.

Registered members can access all areas of the NatureandKind.com website, make free of charge booking enquires with Trusted Partners of Nature & Kind, and benefit from a range special Kind Offers and rewards from the Kind Points Loyalty reward programme.

Friends of Nature & Kind membership and its benefits, offers and rewards are offered at the sole discretion of Nature & Kind Limited. No individual has the right to Friends of Nature & Kind membership and benefits without the approval of Nature & Kind. Members may maintain only one account. Corporations, associations, or groups cannot enrol in the Friends of Nature & Kind without prior permission and acceptance from Nature & Kind.

Transferability

Friends of Nature & Kind membership benefits will be provided only to the Member whose name is on the enquiry form. Benefits are thus non-transferable and may not be lent or sold to another person.

Kind Offers

Kind Offers are provided upon availability, and are not guaranteed. Members must provide a valid Friends of Nature & Kind membership number on request by a participating Trusted Partner and proof of identity. Kind Offers are only extended when booking enquires or purchases are processed through NatureandKind.com. Nature & Kind may introduce membership and benefit levels of Friends of Nature & Kind in the future. In this case, current Members will be notified by email of the change in their Friends of Nature & Kind status. Nature & Kind reserves the right to modify or change Friends of Nature & Kind rules, regulations, and benefits with reasonable notice to Members. Nature & Kind will not be liable for failure to do so, however, all Members will be bound. Changes in Terms & Conditions will be shown here on NatureandKind.com website and are effective immediately from posting.

Cancellation

Nature & Kind reserves the right to cancel any Friends of Nature & Kind membership for reasons which include, but are not limited to: a) violation of these Terms & Conditions; b) misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of the Program; c) violation of any national, state or local law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges; d) failure to pay for hotel or tour charges; e) more than one active account Member; all as determined by the sole discretion of Nature & Kind.

Legal Rights

Neither the Friends of Nature & Kind nor any benefit offered by Friends of Nature & Kind creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by members against Nature & Kind. Friends of Nature & Kind is in compliance with Privacy laws Friends of Nature & Kind members have the right of access to their own personal data through their online membership profile or by sending a written request to Nature & Kind.
