Turgleder was established in 2005 with the motivation of making a hobby, passion and life style into a way of living. We wanted to spend our time outdoors and at the same time be able to share our fantastic experiences with other people.

To day we are a certified Norwegian eco tourism enterprise with a team of 4 people and activities in all seasons. We also hire other guides when necessary.

We provide active wilderness experiences from the deep dense forests of the south to the wide snow covered plains of the arctic north. All our activities and adventures are recognised by high quality and a sustainable, ecological use of the environment.

Our range of products is based on active participation from our guests, safety and Norwegian outdoor traditions and include activities like courses, hiking, fishing, skiing, and snow shoeing.

In addition to the adventures detailed on our website, we design and organise exclusive adventure holidays to meet the specifications of individual travellers and small groups.
Turgleder offers packages for travellers considering doing something “wild and challenging” or something different and relaxing. We offer the ultimate solution based on the competence and wide experience of our guides. The guests will be taken care of in an eco friendly, safe and comfortable way.

We primarily cater for smaller groups. A small group leaves fewer traces and as a participant in a small group you will have a higher feeling of quietness and closeness to nature. In a small group you will get personal attention from your guide and at the same time you get the opportunity to meet other likeminded people whom you can share your experiences with.
