The fastest and easiest way to reach Tulum from the Cancun airport is with a direct transfer, which we can have arranged for you. The same transfer service is available for your return to the Cancún airport, however we do not book return transfers. This service should be arranged directly with the transfer operator when you are picked up at the airport. Local taxis are often less expensive for the return trip, and a taxi service back to the airport can be arranged the day before your return at the reception of your hotel. The transfer service runs 24 hours. No time is too late!

Room service is provided by Cabañas Copal restaurant.

Concierge Services

We have a concierge dedicated to serving Azulik guests. Based in the Azulik reception to greet you and offer you drinks, room service, or spa treatments upon arrival. Each half hour he passes by each Azulik villa to check on each guest´s needs. If you would like to request room service or spa treatments, or if you have any questions or needs, please place your flag outside the door and he will know to knock.

- Wireless internet access is now available in Azulik! Guests working with laptops can also request room service via MSN through Azulik front desk.
- All Azulik villas now have new hanging beds on the outside decks, as well as new cushions for the outside chairs.
- Ceiling fans have been installed in all Azulik villas. They will be operating from approximately 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- All Azulik villas have electronic safes, which operate with either a credit card (swipe the bar code, there is no charge to use the safe) or your own private PIN number.
- Safes are large enough to fit two laptops (15" screen or smaller) and more.
