This eco luxury resort features 15 Beach Pool Villas, 15 Ocean Pool Villas, 8 Terrace Pool Villas and 9 three-bedroom Pool Villas. The beachfront pool villas at ground level paired with the oceanfront pool villas above, uniquely configured to maximize ocean views without compromising individual privacy. Each with private pool and direct access to the beach, the villas are retreats beyond compare, designed to connect living spaces to the soothing sights and sounds of the natural surroundings. Alila Villas Soori is located just 10 minutes from Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali's most sacred and most visited temples, and less than an hour from Ngurah Rai International Airport. It lies within the Tabanan Regency, one of Bali's most fertile and picturesque regions. Here, the landscape ranges from volcanic mountains and verdant rice terraces to beautiful black-sand beaches overlooking the Indian Ocean, surrounding you with beautiful panoramic vistas.
Five kilometers east of Tabanan, in the Abiantuwung village, is a famous dance school where both Balinese and foreigners can take classes. The Royal Stable is also situated by the Kelating Beach in Kerambitan, Tabanan. A noble family runs the place with six well-maintained and trained domestic and Australian horses.

Green Globe Certification In May 2007, Alila Ubud and Alila Manggis became the first of our properties to achieve Green Globe certification, the highest environmental standard for the travel and tourism industry, meeting benchmark standards in energy efficiency, waste and water management, recycling, and contributions to the community. All of our other existing hotels and resorts are also currently working towards this certification.
Environmental sustainability is also built into the design of our ultra luxury all-villa resorts. Alila Villas Uluwatu in Bali, opening in April 2009, is on track to achieve Green Globe design and build accreditation. It will be the first such project in Indonesia to achieve this. Alila Villas Hadahaa in the Maldives, which is also slated to open mid-2009, achieved the Green Globe ‘Building Planning and Design Standard’ Certified Status in August 2008.
Going Carbon Neutral Alila has committed to becoming carbon neutral, first through our head office then throughout all Alila properties. Working with The GreenAsia Group, a specialist carbon management company in Asia, we have embarked on the process of measuring, reducing and offsetting our greenhouse gas emissions. In the long term, we will also look towards creating programs that enable guests to enjoy carbon neutral holidays.
