castello di vicarello is set in an enclave of untouched nature, olive groves and vinyards. 5 suites and one villa are available for our guests. All are finished to the higher standard, with valuable furnitures and interesting objects, all chosen to provide a feeling of harmony with surroundings.

The garden is an integral part of the whole restoration project and was designed with descipline and simplicity at heart. The roses, lavender, mulberry trees unite naturally with the olive grove, vinyard and woods. There are two swimming pools open to our guests, one heated with solar panels. The Spa, great modern building in wood, hidden in a very secret part of the gardens, offers a spectacular view and it is the perfect place to relax and to enjoy the ayurvedic therapies.

In summer one can eat outside, under a sky without equal, or in winter, inside, in front of a fire to warm the soul. Our menus are based on local recipies, using produce from our organic garden and the best ingredients available in the area.

We are an organic farm, we have the maximum respect of the invironment and we try to preserve the nature, for what we can.
At Castello di Vicarello we produce a wonderful olive oil and a great red wine, with a strictly biological care.Our organic gardens produce all the vegetables we use for the every day cooking, and we make our own preserved vegs. We recycle the left over of the food giving it to the chicken.
The solar panels produce hot water and heat one swimming pool during mid seasons.
Our latest add is a SPA, a wonderful modern building built in wood in the maximum respect of the envirnoment. The hot water is also produced here with solar panels.
Our hunting reserve, at 50 km. from here, is a virgin land of 1100 acres, saved from a building speculation. We are very proud of it!

Reservation and payment terms

In order to confirm your reservation, we will need a valid credit card number and its expiry date.
The payment can be made by wire transfer, American Express, Visa, Master card, Diners Club, JCB.
Cancellation Policy

Please take note of the following policies:
More than sixty (60) days prior to arrival no cancellation fee will apply.
Between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Between thirty (30) and one (1) day prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
In the case of no show or anticipated departure, the remainder of your booking will be fully charged.
