Andrew Harding: Founder

Since Nature & Kind was founded in 2006, Andrew has led the development of Nature & Kind through its start-up phase into its now progressive growth phase. Andrew is responsible for all marketing, operating, financial, technical, editorial and brand development decisions.

Andrew was inspired to set up Nature & Kind further to his experience as Sales and Marketing director of Alladale Wilderness Lodge and Wildlife Reserve, a unique and pioneering conservation and eco-tourism project in the Scottish Highlands. Andrew recognised that the adventure travel, wellbeing retreat and eco-tourism sector is highly fragmented, typified by many relatively small, privately owned accommodation and tour/ retreat operators with limited marketing budgets, to compete against the larger hotel and tour operator groups for the awareness and custom, of a growing market of discerning travellers seeking more authentic, adventurous and fulfilling travel experiences which offered a style of travel that is environmentally and socially responsible without compromising comfort, service style and value.

Andrew's vision is to develop Nature & Kind into a leading Healthy Living and Sustainable Lifestyle consumer brand offering premium, authentic lifestyle products and services for discerning conscious consumers in the emerging LOHAS market (acronym for Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability).

Hannah-Jane Chambers: Membership & Marketing

Hannah has been instrumental in the development of Nature & Kind through its start-up phase into its now progressive growth phase. Hannah is responsible for managing our online travel club and community Friends of Nature & Kind including Kind Points our loyalty reward programme, whilst supporting our PR and marketing activities.

Prior to joining Nature & Kind, Hannah developed a broad-ranging career as a TV presenter, radio marketing and media promotions expert, including positions at the private members clubs The Hallion in Glasgow and Home House in London

Kali Socias: Partner Relationship Manager, Latin America & Southern Europe

Kali recently joined the Nature & Kind team to develop and manage our relationships with Trusted Partners in the Latin American and Southern European countries. Kali is an avid traveller and enjoys living the organic lifestyle.

Prior to joining Nature & Kind, Kali was Country Manager for an emerging market property business.
