The Cliffs Preserve

The Cliffs Preserve is an eco-luxury resort and private preserve located in the Chilean Patagonia. Located in the heart of Chile’s Lakes Region, the resort has more than 8,000 acres of temperate rainforest and 6 miles of Pacific coast.

Facilities include 18 Suites distributed in 6 Residences of 4.800 sq. ft. each and a 17.500 sq. ft. Lodge, where you can enjoy the Spa, Pool, Restaurant, Bars, Boutique, fitness room and conference room.

At The Cliffs Preserve we have our own organic farm that provides us with healthy and fresh vegetables; a Marina equipped with boats and kayaks; Stables with Chilean horses and saddles; and trails with different alternatives for hiking and horseback riding.

The Cliffs Preserve can be described as the perfect combination between facilities that blend naturally with the environment and amenities that deliver each guest a heart-warming hospitality and a complete sense of wellness. Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed by email (reservations@cliffspreserve.cl) or fax (56-65-439518) within 24 hours or they will be released. The Cliffs Preserve will confirm reservations by the same means after a deposit of 30% of the total reservation fee is made. The remaining percentage should be paid up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
Cancellation Fee Schedule
All cancellations must be made by fax or e-mail.
• 60 to 30 days prior to check-in: US$ 200 per room.
• 29 to 10 days prior to check-in: 30% of the total value of the reservation.
• 9 to 0 days prior to check-in: 100% of the total value of the reservation.
