Terms & Conditions of booking with Inkaterra
Children Policy (Valid until April 30th 2008): Free Breakfast and eco-activities for children under eleven (11). Maximum two (2) children per double room sharing bed with parents. Children over twelve (12) must pay for an additional bed which includes a full board package. Maximum one (1) additional bed per room.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation made within 45 days prior to arrival date is subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Deposit Policy: The hotel reserves the right to require payment deposit for any booking. A travel Agent will contact the client for payment instructions.
Guarantee Policy: All reservations must hold a credit card guarantee. All bookings must be made 3 days prior to arrival date. Hotel does not accept same day bookings.
TAX EXEMPTION (DL 919).- Foreigners are exempted of local sales tax payment (IGV). In order to be exempted guests must present their original passport and the Andean Migration Card (TAM) upon arrival at the hotel. Photocopies of passports are not accepted due to legal restrictions. In case the guest does not present the required documentation to prove non-residency, local sales taxes will be added and charged to their original room rate.
Check-in: 1pm / Check-out: 11am . US$ 50 additional charge per person for Special Dinner on December 24th and 31st . Rates are subject to change without previos notice. Programs and rates subject to changes without advice. We offer a-la-carte and set itineraries. Additional services upon request, at additional cost. Time schedules of excursions may vary depending on weather conditions. Pets are not allowed.
