Hacienda de San Antonio has 22 Suites & 3 Grand Suites, situated in one wing of the Hacienda. A library, TV room, living room, club room and Hacienda kitchen are located in an opposite wing of the Hacienda. There are a formal indoor dining room and an outside dining terrace, as well as a variety of private romantic settings throughout the Hacienda grounds. Guests may enjoy both International and Mexican cuisine, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Organic fruits & vegetables and locally produced products are featured in the Hacienda dining options. Different activities can be enjoyed at the Hacienda; for example, horseback riding, mountain bicycles, nature walks, bird watching, Volcan de Fuego hiking, tennis and swimming in our 30 meters long swimming pool. Enjoy our guided nature walks in the Hacienda and our ranch “El Jabalí” with our guides or longer excursions by vehicle with one of our very capable drivers.

Cuixmala

ECOLOGIICAL FOUNDATIION
The Cuixmala Ecological Foundation was instrumental in establishing the Chamela-Cuixmala Biosphere, one of the largest protected areas in Mexico. The Foundation also sponsors research to better understand the all of the inhabitants of the Biosphere and works to preserve the surrounding ecosystem. Today the area around the Cuixmala Estate is home to several endangered species including the jaguar.

TURTLE PROTECTIION
Many years ago Cuixmala began a highly successful turtle protection program. The giant sea turtles return each year to lay their eggs on the Playa Cuixmala where the eggs are gathered by staff to protect them from predators and poachers. Once the baby turtles hatch from the eggs they are returned to the sea. Guests at Cuixmala are able to view and participate in this very rewarding program.

Guarantee – All reservations are confirmed instantly with only your credit card number. (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Diner’s Card). Cancellations – Should the reservations be cancelled 14 days before, within the arrival date or should there be a no-show, the value of 2 nights accommodation fee plus taxes will be charge. High Season – Our Cancellation policy for high season, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, can be provided upon request.

Cuixmala
Reservation and Cancellation policies:
Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Upon reserving a deposit of 50% is required payable by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining 50% deposit is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.

High Season:
Management will retain 40% of the deposit for any cancellation occurred 6 weeks prior to arrival. After this period, Management will retain a 70% of the deposit for any cancellation.

Low Season:
We normally retain 15% of the deposit for any cancellation 3 weeks prior to arrival. After this period, Management will retain 25% of the deposit for any cancellation. If the reservation is guaranteed with a bank transfer the same procedure will apply. For refunds the amount will be less bank fees. Bank fees will be applied to refunds.

Christmas/New Year (From December 20th to January 10th):

There is a minimum stay of seven nights. In the event of a cancellation within 60 to 31 days prior to arrival, a 50% will be charged from the total stay. Cancellations within 31 days prior to arrival, full charge will be applied from the total stay. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments:
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by e-mail or letter, along with a bill for the balance, due thirty days (to ninety days for peak seasons) prior to your date of arrival. Should the balance not be received by that date, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. If your reservation is made within thirty days (to ninety days for peak seasons) of your intended day of arrival, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. In order to ensure your specific room request, we would advise booking well in advance. Wire transfer, cash, American Express, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Please be kind to pay the amount of the daily rate in US Dollars by a transfer to our US Dollar bank account, details of which are given below:
