We want to invite everybody to share our Argentinean dream in our 440 acres “working ranch” where they will experience a taste of the gaucho lifestyle and have the possibility to do many activities. The house is a reflect of the Argentinean estancias of the early 20th century where each room is unique, the service personalized and the “cuisine” made with fresh home grown products.

We take this opportunity to inform you that we are the new owners of Estancia de Charme “House of Jasmines” in Salta, North of Argentina, where we invite your clients to discover the northern Andes tradition. Our family open the door of its 100 year old house, sited on a 300 acres land that is located at only 15 mns from Salta city and 7 mns from its international airport.

Both hotels are part of the world famous hotel chain "Relais & Châteaux"

We home grown organic vegetables, flowers, fruits, meat, lamb, eggs, milk... that we use for our kitchen.

• Insurance
It is an obligation to possess an insurance for personal injury from your home country in order to participate in any activity proposed at El Colibrí (Polo, hunting, mountain bike, horse back riding, adventure track, etc.).

• Confirmation of Reservation and down Payment
Reservations are taken into consideration only when accompanied by 50% down payment per person and per stay, this down payment will be deducted at the end of the stay. The remaining 50% will have to be paid 30 days before arrival

• Cancellation and shortened stay
For any cancellation, postponed or shortened stay, given at less than one month ahead, this down payment shall not be refundable.
For any shortened, cancelled stay or postponed arrival date at the last minute, the whole stay originally booked and confirmed will have to be paid.

• Full board Basis
No reduction if meals are not consumed.
