The company overview is la bonita overview, i have travel all around the world and when I saw for first time la bonita i felt in love with the place. Is located in a real brazilian small fisherman town, real deep brasil. The town is quiet but unique you see things that you usually do not see. goats walking down the street, donkeys....

is NOT a turist place, in a the future it will become my private house, and i did not want a place full of tourists, even though PIPA is only 25km away by the beach and if the clients needs noisy, restaurants, bar and millions of tourits in only half and hour away. When we visit we always go for two days, and then we go to baia formosa (beautifull baia in portugues....) the people of the town is very friendly and well educated, there are only 3000 habitants, and all the them make SURF...... is amazing but the whole town goes to surf, you usually meet the owner of the restaurants, the painters, the boggie drivers, etc...

la bonita is close to a natural reserve call MATA DA ESTRELA 2.300 hectareas of unveliable forest and lagoons, full of wild life were you see monkeys screaming as loud as lyons (is true....) reall scary. My wife and myself are new in the business and we do not have experience in the hotel area, but... we have set up a number of excursions and plans that are awesome and that we have done many times with my kids and we all love, and when the tourist does it, they really enjoy them. some of this excursions, lagoa araracuara (the tourist call it lagooa cocacola but the natives does not like that name), barra de camaratuba (river with the only indigena reserve with beach in brasil, has one of the oldest manglars of brasil) mata da estrela, paseo in fishing boat to see the delphins (you can take them also in pipa but the difference is that a real fiserhemen is taking you around and he will never rip you off...), cycling through the forest ( i took this one, twenty days ago and really enjoy) horse riding, etc... I write all these because again Baia Formosa is a small town, and we are the ones that have to ocupai the client time.

we do some social and enviromental efforts with the population, we sponsor Julio our surf profesor and now we will star our own surf team with 10 boys and girls, we are starting a cooperativa with woman in trouble to make fancy cheap jewerly, we support a voluntier tartaruga center (tortle), were you can see the baby borns arrive to the ocena. And trying to explain to every body how important is to keep the ocean and beaches clean, out of plastic bags, plastic bottles etc... we are thinking in hiring someone expert in enviromental to talk in the schools because we think that the education needs to start when you are boy or girl, is hard to change the habits of a fishermen.

our staff is nice, well educated, well trainned, and always smiling (like in disneyland) :-)
